Charging Terms
25% deposit with booking (refundable unless cancelled within one calendar month
of start of booking)
Balance is required one calendar month before start of booking, when arrangements
will be forwarded for key etc.
A security deposit of £55 (which is returnable within one week of leaving the property
after a visit by our agent) is required with balance of fee.
Electricity & water are included in the charge.
Water is metered but generally included (we will have to charge for excessive consumption).
Extra Information
Both bedrooms have duvets & bed linen i.e. sheets, pillowcases, duvet cases.
Only personal towels will be required.
Directions
From St Brieuc/Quintin areas on the D790 travelling WSW direction toward Rostrenen,
a roundabout is reached.
Take the second exit onto the N164 in a W direction, signed Quimper.
Continue along this road for about 3 miles (watch your speed, or the cameras will
snap you!).
Turn left on the D3 which is signed Quimper & Glomel, proceed along here for a couple
of miles until you meet the village of Glomel.
Turn left down this lane until you reach a crossroad junction, STOP ! and then go
straight over which is Chemin du Menhir but not signed.
Empreintes de Pied (number 18) is the second house on the left.
