Welcome to 'Empreintes de Pied' (Glomel, Brittany)
Empreintes de Pied (French for 'Footprints') is our bright neo-Breton holiday home
in its own three-quarters of an acre plot, in a tranquil setting, situated less
than half a mile from the village of GLOMEL, near ROSTRENEN, in Central Brittany.
Close to the house there is a fascinating MENHIR (a large pre-historic standing
stone, similar to those at Stonehenge) and a picturesque lake (less than ten minutes
walk) with its various water sport activities, children’s play area, climbing
wall (safety equipment needed) and a haven for wildlife.
The nearby Roman town of Carhaix has a train station which connects to Paris and
other destinations.
